About the Tracker

We've created a motion tracker that recognises human movement. When you Start the Tracker, your webcam will count your exercise repetitions and save them to your profile.

Your webcam is not live and does not record you, it only recognises your movement while you exercise. This is how is records your repetitions and saves them in your progress.

Why not just count in my head?

We've created this to make it extremely easy to exercise, stay on track, record your progress and look back to see how you've gone, all in one place.

You can create your own workout set, save it for later, or just add different exercises as you go. Once you've added them you can save them for later, or hit Start and get going!

Once you hit Start, your exercise will be displayed, as well as a large counter on your screen. It's that easy. This will count your reps so you don't need to. At the end of your work-out, you can click Your Progress at the top, and then click on Today's date to see your progress.
